which reminds me of what I really want to say. No matter what I accomplish or fail to accomplish, I will always view my existence as partly embarrassing until I learn not to polarize my desires and my well-being.
Concretely, even though I don't dislike cleaning, bathing, reading fancy shit (I rather enjoy all three), I feel constantly distracted whenever I am doing any of them. I have a compulsion to do things that I enjoy less just because I view them as leisurely.
Until I can get my Eros to stack up to my Thanatos, I'm never gonna be a fully realized "dude".
